CIPD wanted an agency that could deliver an integrated communication mix to their event and so chose 2heads to project manage the whole campaign and event.
2heads designed and delivered invitations, a micro-site, email flyers and messaging to customer’s mobiles which enabled interactive digital content on screens.
The central concept for the marketing event and the marketing communication used a number of ‘touchpoints’ leading up to the event, during the event and then after the event were created by the in-house team at 2heads. The result was that CIPD received their best ever audited feedback from their customers.
